All of our products are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it ships. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

After your order has been processed, estimated shipping times are:

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package throughout its journey.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, or increased shipping volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding should these situations arise.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. True Vine is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Be sure to include your order number and any relevant photos so we can review your request and determine the best resolution.

At True Vine Clothing, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If something isn't right with your order, we'll do our best to make it right.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests for store credit within 30 days of your order being delivered. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Store Credit

Once your return has been approved and received, you'll be issued an email with a code for store credit that can be applied toward any future purchase at True Vine Clothing. At this time, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method, except where required by applicable law.

Return Review & Approval

Every return request is reviewed individually to ensure we can provide the best possible experience while maintaining a fair policy for all customers. While we strive to accommodate eligible requests whenever possible, all returns and exchanges are subject to approval at the sole discretion of True Vine Clothing. We reserve the right to decline any return request that does not meet the guidelines outlined above or that appears inconsistent with the intent of this policy.

How to Request a Return

If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the item (if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect)

We'll review your request as quickly as possible and, if approved, provide instructions for the next steps.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are generally not eligible for return or store credit:

• Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
